Founded in 1975, The Jack Ahern Company specializes in the sale and engineering of spray dry nozzle parts and related equipment for the food processing and general spray drying industry.

Our inventory includes thousands of orifices, inserts, swirls and end plates for spray dry equipment from manufacturers such as Bete, Delavan and Spraying Systems.  In addition to stocking original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, we offer a full line of high-tolerance generic wear parts that cost as much as 40% less than OEM parts. We have standard OEM hardness parts as well as premium tungsten carbide parts with a higher hardness composition for more difficult wear problems.

In addition to wear parts we offer high-pressure valves, hoses, fittings and clean-in-place (CIP) equipment for the spray dry industry.
